  • Customs Documentation: We will provide all necessary documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list) to facilitate customs clearance. You may need to provide additional information to customs authorities if requested.
  • Compliance with Local Laws: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the import regulations of your country/region. We are not liable for orders rejected or seized by customs due to non-compliance.

7. Shipping Insurance

  • All orders are automatically covered by shipping insurance against loss, damage, or theft during transit. This insurance is provided by our logistics partners and complies with international cargo transportation standards.
